Exceptional service! I purchased my first Subaru from here in 2021 from Aaron Boggs. He made the deal so easy and fast. Today I went back for a service issue that was 100% covered which was awesome! Subaru of Kennesaw was a great car buying experience for me! The day I went, the place was packed. Even though there were so many customers, when I needed a salesperson, Mark was right there. There was no pushy, aggressive sales tactics. He allowed me to take my time with my choices and was extremely knowledgeable about all the cars they sold. Mike, in the finance department was excellent as well. Overall, it a was a terrific place to buy my new car and I highly recommend you give them a try!

I bought a new Subaru Outback on January 13. Everyone I dealt with was really pleasant and outgoing. The only ding I have was the detail crew missed two stickers on the fog lights; some trash under the drivers side floor mat; and the drivers side floor mat was NOT mounted on the retaining rods. Today is February 12, my dealer installed options have been installed after a small hiccup and, everyone has been really good at answering my questions about all the technological features of the car. My salesman, John Melchiore, even responded to a question on his day off. They have made up for any demerits I had. I LOVE my new car and would highly recommend them!

I bought a used Toyota Highlander from Subaru of Kennesaw. They claimed they inspect all their cars and they take care of you if anything should go wrong within a couple weeks and anything happens that they overlooked. I paid cash for the car and left. They put brand new tires, new brakes, and everything was great! Unfortunately, there were two separate issues I had to come back for twice that even I overlooked. They could have turned me away, legally, since I pay cash as is. But both times they took the car and gave me a loaner Subaru to drive, and fix my car both times saving me close to 3000. They were true to their word, and I would buy from them again and would definitely recommend them! Thanks again for everything Subaru!

A huge thank you to Carlos Dubon with Subaru of Kennesaw for the best possible buying experience. I recently had the pleasure of working alongside Carlos in navigating what could have been the dreaded lease-end process; he made the process easy, seamless, and anything but dreaded. He greeted me standing and ready to shake my hand with a smile— a small but meaningful gesture. From here, we discussed my Crosstrek I was ready to trade in and what I wanted in my next vehicle. He was knowledgable, attentive, and easily built rapport. It was truly a collaborative effort with him working diligently to understand what I loved in my Crosstrek and what I needed in my next vehicle. I had three vehicles in mind prior to walking through the dealership and we talked through and test drove each of these, ultimately coming to a “top two” but still in need of some thought. Upon my follow-up visit to SOK, Carlos helped me to confidently reserve my new vehicle. I picked my car up this past weekend and am over the moon so far. I will continue to return to Subaru of Kennesaw time and time again for the people— they make each experience a positive one. Who likes to shop for cars? I DO! The key to buying a car is connecting to the right sales consultant and after searching in multiple counties, I finally found him! Carlos Dubon treated me right by being respectful with zero high pressure sales tactics.When I spotted a Crosstrek Wilderness on the lot at Subaru of Kennesaw, in my favorite orange color, it was love at first sight! Unfortunately, the one vehicle I wanted was already sold. I test drove another vehicle but it didn’t have the same vibe. I gave Carlos my number and he called me a couple days later, once he got my dream vehicle back in stock and man was I thrilled to drive an hour to Kennesaw to give it a test drive! Since I had already shopped around, I bought the vehicle and know I got the best deal in town and walked away with a cool vehicle and a fantastic experience! What a pleasant experience that converted me to a Subaru fan. When I first walked in, I was nervous because there was a lot of activity, salespersons and energy. I was worried it was going to be a classic BUY NOW type atmosphere. But Ralph was so welcoming. He really cares about the Solterra and Subaru in general. He showed me all the bells and whistles of the car and laid out six different pricing options, showing me the best deals they could currently offer depending on leasing or buying, and giving me time to think it over with my husband. I felt legitimately helped rather than taken advantage of. The actual signing forms financial part was smooth with very cool digital forms saved on a USB. And even though the dealership already had my money, they still gave me goodie bags, advice on the car, and just an overall good feeling about Subaru. I walked into the dealership by myself skeptical if I even wanted a Subaru, I walked out with a car I love and a Subaru fan for life given the dealership experience.
